Project Spotlight: Virginia Integrated Directional Signing Program

Blue Raster partnered with the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Directional Signing Program (DSP) to modernize management of the Integrated Directional Signing Program (IDSP), which includes over 16,000 signs statewide. These signs help travelers locate gas, food, lodging, hospitals, historic sites, and more. Blue Raster implemented field-first GIS workflows using ArcGIS Online, Field Maps, Survey123, Workforce, and Dashboards, enabling real-time tracking, inspections, and maintenance of all signs while improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.
