What Is the ADA Title II Web Accessibility Rule?
On April 24, 2024, the U.S. Department of Justice finalized a landmark update to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), establishing clear requirements for digital accessibility. For the first time, the rule defines a specific technical standard for how state and local governments must make their websites and applications accessible.
