Blue Raster is once again partnering with long-term collaborator Coast Community College District (CCCD) to support the Community Health Worker Regional Workforce Summit through the development of an ArcGIS Hub site that serves as the central digital experience for the event. ArcGIS Hub provides a structured, scalable platform to organize content, engage participants, and connect data to real-world outcomes. Rather than relying on disconnected tools or static event pages, the Hub site brings together logistics, resources, and engagement into a single, accessible environment that supports both attendees and organizers. Blue Raster worked closely with multiple stakeholders to lead UI/UX design, build the hub and embed Survey123 forms and maps.

The Community Health Worker Regional Workforce Summit, titled “Scaling up Together” is intended to build capacity and showcase education opportunities for community health workers, students, healthcare providers and other affiliate groups.

Using ArcGIS Hub as the foundation, the site integrates multiple components of the ArcGIS platform to enhance the conference experience. Attendees can view the agenda, explore interactive web maps for parking and on-site navigation, and engage directly through embedded Survey123 forms to provide feedback and share insights. Hub allows these elements to work together seamlessly, creating a cohesive experience that connects spatial data, user input, and event content. The result is not just a website, but an interactive engagement platform that captures participation and supports data-informed decision-making.

Importantly, this Hub site is designed to persist beyond the conference itself, becoming part of the broader OC Works digital ecosystem. By aligning with existing branding and theming, the site will continue to serve as a resource for sharing outcomes, highlighting partnerships, and supporting ongoing workforce development efforts.

If your organization is looking to move beyond one-time event sites and build lasting, data-driven engagement platforms with ArcGIS Hub, Blue Raster can help you design and implement a solution that delivers value well beyond launch. Reach out to our team to start the conversation.
