Arlington, VA – March 24, 2026 – Blue Raster is pleased to announce that it has been selected to be on the State of Missouri’s Geographic Information System (GIS) Services Qualified Vendor List (QVL). This designation allows Missouri state agencies to efficiently procure geospatial expertise and solutions from pre-qualified vendors across a range of service areas, including:

- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Esri Tools and Platform Training
- Geospatial Mobile and Field Solutions
- Business Systems Integration
- System Upgrades and Migrations
- Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V)
- Indoor GIS
Selection to the QVL followed a rigorous evaluation process, assessing technical expertise, project experience, and past performance to ensure agencies have access to highly capable and reliable GIS partners.
The QVL was created to simplify procurement, encourage competition, and give the State flexibility to expand GIS initiatives as needs grow. With GIS adoption and expansion being a focal point for Missouri agencies, this selection positions Blue Raster to support critical geospatial programs that improve decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen public service delivery.
